Hi @habtamun so this is because information cant be located basically(obvious) when you say outage what exactly do you mean? The first place if you are running an instance is to try to see what is being returned in the logs, kindly share these (screenshot / Paste bin ) and we chart a way forward

I believe Habtamu meant that the error occurred on the server following the power outage, which may have caused data corruption. This highlights the importance of performing a proper system shutdown.
