We would like to display the Note added to a Diagnosis in a report, what is the concept name?
@ouiliam, looking in the DB this seems to be saved in the comment field of the observation saved with concept Visit Diagnoses.
Though I don’t know if you can display the comments field of an observation in a Bahmni Report
