How to put concept synonyms in a form?

Hi OpenMRS community,

I currently have a form in Bahmni, and I was wondering if there was a way to show the synonyms for the concepts. There’s a question mark right next to each field in the form which shows the description; likewise, is there a way to implement something similar to a question mark and show the concept’s synonyms?
