How to make concept mandatory is the Obs Form

Hi, please i would like to make some concept mandatory in the obs form, any idea on how to do it?@gsluthra

On every “field” in a form, there is an option to make it “Mandatory” (see left side checkbox, when you click on the field).

The “Editing” of Forms currently can only be done in the Form Designer (Implementer Interface) menu option, and not in the Observations Tab.
