Hello everyone,
I am trying to create a Turnaround Time (TAT) report for laboratory tests in Bahmni/OpenELIS. The report should display the following information:
- Accession Number
- Test Name
- Collection Time
- Validation Time
- TAT (Validation Time − Collection Time)
I would also like to be able to filter the report by date range and, if possible, calculate summary statistics such as average TAT.
Can this be achieved using Metabase? If so, which database tables and fields should I use? Alternatively, is there another recommended approach for generating TAT reports in Bahmni/OpenELIS?
Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated.
