how to do i add or import ICD 10 & NAPPI in bahmni or openmrs

hello… i want to import ICD 10 codes so that when a doctor is diagnosing a patient in bahmni the disease entered will also sure the ICD10 CODE

You can use CSV UPLOAD Option in Bahmni Admin Module to import ICD10 Codes as reference terms

Headers of CSV file should look like

Code, Source, Name, Description (Optional), Version(Optional)
