How to claim an issue?

Hi, I am new to the community and unable to claim any issue. I am displayed a message that I am not authorised. Can anyone guide me regarding this? Thank You in advance.

please contact the Help Desk to request access to the wiki for edit/write access.

Sorry @smit2010, incase you are done with being accepted by the help desk to access wiki, then when you go to the issue page use the login field located on the right conner
