How do I help with translation to Arabic?

Dear Cynthia

Thank you. Could you do me a favor because I got lost here. I need someone to point out for me a file with all vocabulary of the system needed to be translated into any other language to change the interface language of the program? I would really appreciate your help on that so that I can start translating all concepts and terms into Arabic and add this contribution to the system.
