I’m currently working on setting up an interoperability system involving OpenMRS, HAPI FHIR, and OpenHIM to integrate with other application systems. I’ve tried using tools like the OpenMRS FHIR Analytics Module and Atom Feed Module but am running into issues with the setup. Is there a detailed, step-by-step guide available for configuring the connections between OpenMRS and the HAPI FHIR server, as well as between OpenMRS and OpenHIM, including both directions?

Have you considered using OpenFn for your use case? We have recently implemented similar use cases involving OpenMRS and HAPI FHIR.
