Hi everyone! I am using xform for patient registration and I have more than one identifier captured on this registration form. My plan is to display two patient identifiers(HEI number and PAEDS number) on the data entry forms. I can see both ids on patient dashboard. The challenge I am getting is how do I add “other identifiers” on the form schema because I only see one “PATIENT.MEDICAL_RECORD_NUMBER” . openmrs version 2.2.1 and xform version 4.3.14
