How can i login to OpenMRS Issues. I’m having problem in login.

For that, you need to raise a request at the help desk.
That will help you set up a JIRA account.
Just follow the Beginner’s guide it has everything.

I did that , (Infrastructure Request → Get Access To Wiki and Issue Tracker), then i got a mail (Just confirming that we got your request. We’re on it.), but still its not logging in.

You need to wait for the request to get accepted.
