How can I integrate the CDSS module into Bahmni 0.92 on CentOS?

@dikshant The CDSS module is compatible with Bahmni Standard 1.0.0. Please upgrade. This is not compatible because Bahmni Standard on docker comes with upgraded version of OMRS
