How can I implement only OpenMRS Pharmacy Module for real production?

I am a beginner for OpenMRS but I would like to be best female system developer in my country. I want to implement OpenMRS Pharmacy-Module for a real deployment and production use for a referral hospital in my country. Please help me where to start and how can I customize the reference application modules? How can I modify the source code and add additional functionalities according to my use case?

I need a mentor who guides me. Please help me make my dream come true. Thanks in advance!
