Question: I created the form per the many available documents and got the desired preview in the edit HTML form. I then proceeded to the Configure Metadata / Manage Forms and added the form to the Patient Dashboard - Current Visit Actions which makes it available when viewing the patient. My question to this is viewing the data that is entered still on the patient dashboard. I currently have to go to the “Recent Visit” tab to view the data that I entered. How can i have tab on the patient dashboard the same as there is for vitals, allergies etc so that i can have a ready view for the data on the dashboard.
