npm package should always be synced with latest changes to the repo openmrs-react-components

Are you saying that our current CI build is not doing something it should? That we should switch to using Travis? Or both should run?
I think, i got a bit confused because the npm package was out of sync with master branch.
The last build was triggered 1 day ago, but the npm package was last published 15 days ago from this branch.
