I noticed that many project ideas don’t include links to their repositories. I’m setting up the OpenMRS Core repository locally — will I find code related to these ideas (e.g., specific modules, features, or extensions) in the Core repo, or are they typically developed in separate repositories? If they’re separate, how can I locate them?
OpenMRS is build on a modular system. SO modules are developed independently of the core. You can have a ready here also here and lastly if you want to create yourself a module here

Are these modules related to gsoc ideas and what is the difference between them and openmrs core repo because I have set it up?
In relation to GSOC it depends whether the project is to improve on an already existing module then yes but if not, they may not be related. DO you mean openmrs core or openmrs-esm-core?
I think yes, it’s to improve existing module I am searching for Interactive Builder for Form Translations within the Form Builder or any idea with reactjs framework, I have searched for any source code for these ideas, and I found nothing and now I am trying to set up openmrs core hoping to find any thing
I think this functionality is not yet present in the form builder thats why its a GSOC project. Have you had a look at this This has all the details you are asking for here.
