This is the issue I want to work on. I have cloned the ‘OPENMRS-ESM-PATIENT_MANAGEMENT’ repository, but I cannot locate where the code is located in this repo.

YES i read both the docs.
@subhamkumar as a new contributor please only take up tickets labeled “intro” or “good first issue”. Here is a search filter you can use: Issue navigator - OpenMRS Issues
All other tickets without those labels generally assume the assignee will need a deeper knowledge of the code base and components associated with that feature.
