Help on upgrading from 1.9.9 to 2.1.x

Please I need a step by step guide on how to upgrade from version 1.9.9 to 2.1.x

Read this link somewhere you will find a document, or follow the related topic regarding upgrading done by eSaude, you may first try to upgrade from 1.9.9 to 1.11.5 and later to 2.1.x

Please where and how to I set this “order.drugDosingUnitsConceptUuid” property. I have been able to perform other pre-upgrade steps to 2.1.3, but stock at this one.

I guest it should be inserted into the global_property table right?
