I will need to manage patient records, both for the follow-up of screenings and for the direct follow-up of patients diagnosed positive, whom the project will support (medically and psychologically) at home. I believe that the OpenMRS solution could meet my needs. However, I am not at all in the IT field, and I feel that I may need to call on a developer to install it.
