Guidance Needed: Infrastructure Request Still in Triage Queue

Application Name: Other – Infrastructure (Access Request)

Question: I submitted an infrastructure request a few weeks ago, but it is still showing the status “Waiting for Triage.” I’d like to understand if I missed a step in the process or if additional action is needed from my side.

Details:

  • I registered for an OpenMRS ID and submitted an infrastructure request.

  • The request has been in “Waiting for Triage” state for several weeks without updates.

  • I want to confirm whether my OpenMRS ID is properly active and recognized, or if I need to do something else to move this request forward.

Steps Taken:

  • Completed ID registration at id.openmrs.org

  • Logged in successfully

  • Submitted the infrastructure request as per the guidelines

  • Checked community forums and documentation but could not find clarification

Request: Could someone please advise why my request is still pending triage and what steps I should take to resolve this?

I believe the issue is simply that the very small team of people who manage our Infra Help Desk just-so-happen to have been extremely busy organizing the in-person conference that starts in just a few hours. So it was just coincidentally bad timing :slight_smile:

@burke - while our Community Management team are swamped with conference stuff, are you able to unblock this person through the Help Desk? I do not have access, but I have confirmed that there is no user named “adithyakukkapalli” in our Wiki/Jira as yet.
