Thanks @marslan8530 and @jwnasambu for keeping this moving! I agree that we need to nail down the organization first.

I’ve made additional comments and suggested edits to the document - there are quite a few pages that are either duplicates, will need updating, or that I have questions about. I’ve tried to call these out as possible so please take a look and comment.
