I just checked my dashboard now and it doesn’t show the submission form although it should have been open since Nov. 14. It just shows “Upcoming”.

Thank you @salahoamro for raising the concern in time, we have reached out to GSoC and they have fixed the issue. Hope you are now able to view the submission form.
