Granting JIRA for some contribution

Hi community,

I have created my OpenMRS ID (username: keshavrathi07) and would like to start contributing to OpenMRS. I tried accessing JIRA but I am not able to comment or claim issues.

Could someone please grant me JIRA contributor access?
