getting permission error when push upstream

I am getting permission error and I can’t push upstream. I am not a /dev/3 so I need to be added as a collaborator on the repo. Is there anyone who can help me? It’s the ticket which I work on.

Yes, you cannot directly make changes to that repo.

First fork the repo make changes over it and then make a Pull Request.

You don’t need to be a /dev/3 to be added as a collaborator.The only thing u need to have is significant amount of contribution to the community.That’s how things happens in opensource
