Getting JIRA access approved

I don’t think so. I would have gotten an email, right? I got an email with the original support ticket, but no follow-ups so far.

It was brought to our attention that you had not yet received the JIRA access yet. Sorry for that.

I tried to find your request/email to helpdesk, but I couldn’t find it. I gave access anyway, but I’d prefer to have a case registered for that. If you could please send a message that you received access via or via email, and let me know via private message, that would be awesome.


I made the request on October 7. The case number I got in the automated email was #30924 … is that what you need?

And yes, I now have access to JIRA, thanks!
