Found deadlocks at openMRS hibernate search after profiling Bahmni lite

Hi People, We successfully profiled the Bahmni lite application through a profiler and found the tool reporting us these deadlocks present under openMRS. Any suggestions to investigate and resolve these deadlocks are welcome!
