Flaky test in REST Web Services module

This test seems to have suddenly become flaky: https://ci.openmrs.org/browse/RESTWS-RESTWS-JOB1-511/test/case/77609812

It has failed on the last two commits, but then passed on a manual rerun.

Does anyone know what might have happened here? (It doesn’t look like it has anything to do with this commit.)

Could it be related to the change that was made to allow more boolean values as valid that we made?

It’s a LazyInitializationException, not likely
