How do I enable full accounting in bahmni and fiscal years on latest bahmni standard on docker? When I go to Settings->Invoicing->Fiscal Periods, thesection is blank.

Bahmni comes out of the box with Odoo 16. Unfortunately Odoo 16 does not support the Accounting module on commiunity version. You can either purchase the module from Odoo App Store, or Bahmni also bundles a community module with the distribution, You can try installing the module and configure it as per your needs. Please try on a lower environments before applying the module on production.
