I just made an update to the “Prepare for Upgrading From a Pre-1.10 to 1.10 or Later Version” wiki page. I modified the bullet point that starts “If there any orders with no orderers…”. From looking through the code, it appears that you have to set a new global property to reference the “Unknown Provider”, not set the name of the provider, in order for the liquibase changeset to pick it up as the provider to use when making sure that orderer != null for all orders.
