Failing build on bamboo:HTML Form Entry 4.x

As the pm team reviewed the bamboo dashboard, we found a failing build that needs to be attended too i.e. HTML Form Entry - HTML Form Entry 4.x: Plan summary - OpenMRS Bamboo cc @dkayiwa @grace @jennifer @k.joseph

Thanks Sharif :slight_smile: What did we have to change/fix?

We only needed to re-run the ci build plan , ideally its a starting point to rectify the bug
then it can further be followed up if it keep failing thanks

@grace / @sharif this has been happening on and off for a week or more. Most times the plan is run at least one of the builds is failing, and rerunning enough times (eventually) gets everything to pass. There is a short discussion on Slack about this in the Infra channel from last week. Let’s just keep monitoring and see if this continues to recur. @cintiadr FYI.
