failed to create a new project in the openmrs app setup

Hello.

I have tried to create a new project during the setup of the openmrs app. The system only throws a “Build failed” error. The error is; "Execution default-cli of goal org.openmrs.maven.plugins:openmrs-sdk-maven-plugin:4.2.0:create-project failed: Cannot invoke “java.io.File.getAbsolutePath()” because “this.outputDirectory” is null.

What can I do to correct this error?

which link are you following? are you trying to create a new module for openmrs?

I was still referring to the developer manual trying to create a project but doesnt create saying that cannot access the java.io.File.getAbsolutePath()
