Failed to build module due to failure in transferring metadata from maven repo.

Hello I tried building my module and it throw an exception. Before It was building fine but with changes to upgrade the oppenmrs-core its using to 2.0.6 it fails with this exception Could not transfer metadata org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin/maven-metadata.xml from/to openmrs-repo (JFrog): sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target settings.txt (2.2 KB) Attached is my m2 settings file
@dkayiwa @raff any idea why I cant download dependencies

Upgrade to the latest version of Java to fix this problem. Certificate Issues with new Maven Repo?
