Hi… Can i know how to extract the “source of referal(Name,contact number and address)” in bahmni patient registration tab.In which table of the openmrs db its storing actualy? Is it possible to extract this using custom report??

Hii @mithu, based on my findings, you can extract name from table person_name and address from person_name table. I’ll update this post once I find the table where contact number is stored

@prathamesh009, Thank you for your reply…Actualy Im talking about the name,address and contact no of reffered doctors which we are entering in the registration tab.Will it be in the person_name table? Please find the attached screenshot.
