I am using OpenMRS Platform 1.6.3 and formentry 4.5.4. I am using ms infopath forms for data entry. I am experiencing the following while using one of my forms:

While someone may be able to assist in this error on the form entry side of things, keep in mind that Platform 1.6, 1.7, and 1.8 are no longer supported (end of life):

So if it turns out there is a bug somewhere the only way forward will be to upgrade to a current version of Platform.
