Should I append it before the equal sign after connection.url?

After appending encryption.vector=aq44wn6f8c26N7Kl5Y1N2A== connection.url &zeroDateTimeBehavior=convertToNull=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/ it has taken me to installation page is this what is supposed to be?
At the end of the value that connection.url is pointing to.
Ok thanks I think everything is working now let me start to upgrade to 2.4.0.
My Openmrs has already shown the login page and i can log in but when I look at the log file with tail -f logs/catalina.out it is still running. Does it mean it has not finished upgrading or it is looping somewhere? log files - Pastebin.com
Those look like periodic scheduled tasks that get configured by various modules. If you’ve gotten to the login screen it’s done upgrading.
So they don’t stop because I see they are still running
