This is the ticket [O3-2732] - OpenMRS Issues I have made a small change, previously I have been pushing and not getting this error.
@sharif since it was locale time format test that was failing. I tried changing my machines locale settings to en_US time format but all in vain. So I just pushed with testing and since it was a local problem no tests failed on github.

@sharif The error still occurs locally but I pushed. And its occurring on all my openmrs-esm-core repos locally when i push. I have to skip tests before i push.
