Error in program management Page

I am Amrutha.

I am working on BAHMNI and was successfully installed in my system.

But I am getting error as shown in the uploaded image frequently in Program management page while editing program Enrollment

May I know the reason and solution for that.

Can you please share the stacktrace of the issue from network calls and steps that can probably got you to this issue?
