Error in OpenMRS demo

Hello! I am trying to explore the provider management modules in https://demo.openmrs.org but I am always coming across an error(screenshot attached)

I just needed to reset it but the bamboo agents were down. But now that they are back, all is well.

@dkayiwa Can you please look into this once again. I am facing a similar problem when trying to access provider management dashboard.

@dkayiwa I am working on the android client. I am just exploring the web version to explore features that can replicated on android version as well. I don’t work much on this domain. If possible, can you please create a ticket and fix it yourself or make it available for some other contributor?
