Hey everyone,

I’m Emmanuel Katto from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) facing an issue where OpenMRS crashes whenever I upload data from CommonLab. I’m not sure what’s going wrong, but the crash happens consistently when the upload starts.

Has anyone run into a similar issue before? Do you have any suggestions or troubleshooting tips? Could there be compatibility issues or something in the upload process that might be causing the crash?

Hi! Do you mean open concept lab? Can you share details like the version number of your system and what version of the open concept lab module you are using? And the specific error messages you are seeing, if any?
