Lab needs to print sticker labels with accession barcode and other sample/patient information. This will be printed at the time of sample collection and will be used to label the sample tubes.
The sample label to have following information:
- Patient identifier
- Patient name
- Age
- Gender
- Accession number
- Sample reception date and time
- Accession barcode A button to be provided in the sample collected list against each accession, to initiate the print sample label.
Discussed with @akhilmalhotra1 and he suggested to provide a configuration to hide or show the patient details on the label(patient identifier, patient name, age, gender)
This is being tracked with a JIRA Ticket. BAH 1074
We are considering to raise PR for this ticket for upcoming .93 release if everyone agrees. Let us know if you have any comments.
