Currently, I see that we can modify Active medications of past visit like changing the dosage, frequency or duration as well as we can discontinue. If Provider want to continue the medication with increase strength, in that case are we expecting to discontinue existing medication and add new with new strength value, as i dont see that we can modify strength. Example : Doctor has prescribed patient with Aspirin 162.5mg and on followup visit he want to change it to Aspirin 325mg or vice versa. In this case it seems we need to discontinue and start new, is it expected workflow or i am missing something? If we want to customize this behaviour that is allowing to change Drug Name(limiting to strength change or may be Trade name change) any restrictions in back-end?
