DSTU3 vs DSTU2 for FHIR message

Hello,

@bobj, is working on developing FHIR based flavor of ADX profile for DHIS2Report module. We are looking for advice on using DSTU3 vs DSTU2. We were wondering if experts in OpenMRS community could help us decide.

DSTU3 will be extended version of DSTU2. So using DSTU3 will be ideal.
