I want to set up maven on windows 10 so that i t can be recognized by the system but failed. When i go to command prompt to search it shows that maven is not recognised as an internal or external command operable by the system. please advise.
Sorry about it! make sure the %MAVEN_HOME%\bin is added to the PATH system variable then restart your machine.
Make sure you do have the Java Environment Variables set up beforehand
