I am unable to access IRC via Telegram. On OpenMRS Talk, I found conflicting information—some posts mention that OpenMRS is no longer on IRC, while others suggest that it has moved to LiberaChat, though I couldn’t find any activity there.

Can someone clarify whether OpenMRS still uses IRC for communication?

Openmrs nolonger support IRC . You can find most of the conversations on slack.
