Documenting Ref App System Configuration

Hi,

I just started the Implementer’s Documentation for Configuring the Reference Application. Could you take a quick look through the doc and make sure it’s technically accurate and provide some suggestions. Most important is the Manage Apps page because it’s a complex new feature in 2.2.

Thanks Craig for doing this, the docs look pretty good, i just made a few minor changes to the manage apps section
