Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is hiring EMR Team Manager for our growing portfolio in Paris, New York and in humanitarian field missions. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in team management and an aptitude for critical evaluation, systems thinking, technology solution’s, strategy formulation and organizational skills, ideally in medical humanitarian aid organizations.
The position responsibilities include providing oversight and manage a distributed team working on the entire life-cycle of EMR adoption in diverse MSF settings, including analyzing needs and current systems, translation to design, configuration, deployment and support within the EMR team, stakeholders within MSF and external collaborators.
