Do we still need ConceptStopWord in core?

Looks like ConceptStopWord was used back in the ConceptWord days of searching for concepts, is there any reason it’s still hanging around?

Our current Lucene api still uses them via HibernateConceptDAO.newConceptNameQuery() => HibernateConceptDAO.tokenizeConceptName()
