How can i disable (hide/remove) vitals, diagnosis options from patient dashboard?
If you mean the old dashboard, IIRC there is a global property to allow this. There’s also a JIRA ticket to allow changing the order (not sure if it was implemented, I worked in it a couple of years ago).

Nope! But there is 2 patient dashboards in the new UI, the clinician facing dashboard doesn’t have tabs.
