Dictionary Manager Squad Wraps up August Sprint!

@Suruchi_Dhungana: A big thanks to our team for wrapping up our August Sprint. Today, we have released some fixes and improvements. Kudos to @Ian_Bacher, @Hadijah, and @Juliet_Wamalwa for the bug fixes and for wrapping up Unit tests for Organization. We have covered a few of the Automated tests and bug fixes which includes:

• Automated test for Adding Concepts in dictionaries, Editing Organization, Dictionary version release and copy Subscription URL and Copy dictionary

• The answers in concept detail page are now displayed when concepts are coded as it was a major bug

• The tab title changed to My dictionary/Source/Organization

• All Public Concepts’ tab is adjusted to 'Public Sources

• The toggle to show verified results now has a clearer label
