Hi Devs,

The devtest02 server is stuck on the http://devtest02.openmrs.org/openmrs/initialsetup page.

Does someone have time to look into this?

Update: We have been waiting on IU UITS, our infrastructure provider, since 7 January with no response. We have escalated the case multiple times, but just today I sent a new inquiry to the team’s management to understand the source of the delays.
